There are simple natural combinations that may soothe your throat, loosen mucus, and support congestion relief, but they cannot cure illness or instantly “clean lungs.”
Here are the two safest, research-supported combinations you can use.


🌿 Option 1: Honey + Warm Lemon Water

This is the most effective and safe 2-ingredient remedy.
