Delicious Easy Homemade Fudge

Here’s a super simple 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe that’s quick, creamy, and delicious:


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, your choice)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Optional for topping: a pinch of sea salt or chocolate drizzle


Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan:
    Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Combine ingredients:
    In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth (about 3–5 minutes).
  3. Pour and set:
    Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut and serve:
    Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Optional: sprinkle a little sea salt on top for contrast.

  • For a chocolate variation, stir in 1/4 cup cocoa powder before pouring into the pan.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
