Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Stuffing
Ingredients

4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

Salt & pepper (to taste)

1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (chicken or herb)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

¾ cup chicken broth or water

1 small onion, sliced (optional)

1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)
Instructions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Layer chops in the slow cooker. Add onions if using.

In a bowl, mix stuffing mix + broth (do not cook).

Stir cream of chicken soup into the stuffing.

Spread stuffing mixture over the pork chops.

Dot with butter (optional).

Cover and cook

LOW: 6–7 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours
Until pork is tender (145°F internal temp).

Tips & Variations

Add sliced apples or mushrooms for extra flavor.

Use cream of mushroom soup for a different taste.
