No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Ingredients (Makes ~12–15 clusters)

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzels, roughly broken
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare a Baking Sheet

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2. Melt Chocolate and Peanut Butter

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  2. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.

3. Mix in Pretzels

  1. Add pretzels to the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
  2. Gently fold until all pretzels are coated.

4. Form Clusters

  1. Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Optional: sprinkle a tiny pinch of sea salt on top of each cluster.

5. Chill

  1. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until clusters are firm.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Tips

  • For a lighter version, use dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa.
  • Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
  • For faster setting, place clusters in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
