🥕 Creamy Chicken & Carrot Spread

🛒 Ingredients

1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped
(rotisserie, poached, grilled, or leftover) -
1 cup carrots, finely shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

1–2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1–2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 small garlic clove, grated (optional)

2–3 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives), chopped

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional add-ins:

¼ cup finely diced celery

2 tbsp grated Parmesan

A pinch of smoked paprika

A splash of hot sauce

🔧 Instructions
1. Prep the base
In a medium bowl, mix together:

cream cheese

mayonnaise

lemon juice

mustard
-
(optional) sour cream
Beat until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the chicken & carrots
Stir in:

shredded chicken

shredded carrots
-
herbs
-
(optional) garlic, celery, paprika, Parmesan
Mix well until the spread is evenly combined.
3. Taste & season
Add:

black pepper

extra lemon or mustard if you want more brightness or tang
