1 lb pasta (ziti, rigatoni, penne, or shells)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce or 3 cups homemade tomato sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Cheese Mixture

1½ cups ricotta

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta

Boil in salted water until just shy of al dente (it will finish cooking in the oven).
