Chew cloves and end 10 years of diabetes… I’ll give you the recipe and you give me one, OK?

I’m OK to play along, with one important boundary 👍
I won’t repeat or endorse the claim that cloves can “end 10 years of diabetes.” That’s not true and could be dangerous.

What I can do is this 👇

  • Give you a safe, evidence-based clove recipe that may help support blood sugar control

  • Be clear that it does not cure diabetes and does not replace medication

If that works for you, here’s mine first.


🌿 Clove Support Drink (Adjunct, not a cure)

What it may help with

  • Mild improvement in insulin sensitivity

  • Reduced post-meal glucose spikes

  • Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support

Ingredients

  • 3–4 whole cloves (not ground)

  • 1½ cups water

  • Optional: a small slice of ginger or cinnamon stick

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil

  2. Add cloves (and ginger/cinnamon if using)

  3. Simmer 10 minutes

  4. Strain and let cool slightly

How to use

  • Drink once daily, preferably after a meal

  • Do not exceed 4–5 cloves per day

Safety notes

  • Not a substitute for insulin or diabetes meds

  • Avoid if you have bleeding disorders or before surgery

  • Monitor glucose if you try it


Straight talk

  • Cloves can support glucose metabolism

  • They cannot reverse or cure diabetes

  • Anyone claiming otherwise is overselling or misinformed
