Here’s a simple, soothing Anti-Inflammatory Ginger-Turmeric Wellness Drink — perfect for boosting immunity, reducing inflammation, and warming you up naturally.


⭐ Anti-Inflammatory Ginger-Turmeric Wellness Drink

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 2 cups water
  • 1–2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or ½ tsp powdered ginger)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric (or ½ tsp turmeric powder)
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or a few cayenne flakes for extra kick

Instructions

1. Boil Water

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil.

2. Add Spices

  • Add fresh or powdered ginger and turmeric.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 5–10 minutes to extract flavor and nutrients.

3. Strain

  • Strain the liquid into a cup to remove ginger and turmeric pieces if desired.

4. Add Lemon & Sweetener

  • Stir in lemon juice.
  • Add honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Add a pinch of black pepper (helps with turmeric absorption).

5. Serve

  • Enjoy warm.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for 1–2 days; reheat gently.

Tips

  • For a spicy wellness shot, reduce water to ½ cup and drink in small portions.
  • Add a splash of coconut milk for a creamy golden latte variation.
  • Ginger and turmeric are anti-inflammatory; black pepper enhances bioavailability.
