Ingredients
For the noodles & beef:

Instructions

Cook the noodles according to the package. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, brown the ground beef in a little oil. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in carrots if using and cook for 2–3 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, cornstarch, and water/broth.

Pour the sauce into the beef and simmer until it thickens (1–2 minutes).

Add the cooked noodles and toss until fully coated in the glossy sauce.
