Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (chicken or herb)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • ¾ cup chicken broth or water

  • 1 small onion, sliced (optional)

  • 1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

  2. Layer chops in the slow cooker. Add onions if using.

  3. In a bowl, mix stuffing mix + broth (do not cook).

  4. Stir cream of chicken soup into the stuffing.

  5. Spread stuffing mixture over the pork chops.

  6. Dot with butter (optional).

  7. Cover and cook

    • LOW: 6–7 hours

    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
      Until pork is tender (145°F internal temp).

Serve with

  • Green beans or carrots

  • Mashed potatoes

  • Cranberry sauce

Tips & Variations

  • Add sliced apples or mushrooms for extra flavor.

  • Use cream of mushroom soup for a different taste.

  • For crispier stuffing, spoon it into a baking dish and broil 3–5 minutes after cooking.
