🌟 Tender Chicken Delight (Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter
For the creamy sauce
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
-
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mix of basil, oregano, thyme)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season and sear the chicken

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden.

Remove chicken and set aside (it will finish cooking in the sauce).
2. Make the creamy sauce

In the same pan, lower heat and add minced garlic.

Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it!).

Pour in chicken broth and scrape up the browned bits.

Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.

Simmer until slightly thickened (3–4 minutes).
3. Bring it all together

Return chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over top.

Cover and simmer on low for 10–12 minutes, or until chicken is tender and cooked through (165°F / 74°C).

Taste and adjust seasoning.
